Absolutely. Instead of using an antimicrobial in our product, we use zinc, which naturally inhibits mold growth without any poisons. Because DuctArmor is non-toxic, it does not need an EPA registration number. Only toxic materials have to be monitored by the EPA. The EPA certification we do hold confirms that DuctArmor encapsulates asbestos and fiberglass fibers. Once cured, the coating leaves a smooth, non-toxic surface inside your ducts.
